Principal, Sammy Elmi, has over 10 years of experience as a successful civil litigation attorney in California. Mr. Elmi is also a musician and writer who combines his experience and knowledge as a civil litigator, with a talent for practical and effective strategies to assist his clients.

Sammy Elmi is a graduate of the University of California at Davis (B.S. awarded 1993) where he was the Managing Editor of the Davis Arbitrator and Dean’s Honor List 1991-1993. Sammy Elmi graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law (Juris Doctorate awarded 1999) where he was a Small Claims Court Mediator for the Pro Bono Legal Advocates, and Staff Writer for the USD Legal News.

Mr. Elmi is a Panel Attorney at California Lawyers for the Arts, and provides pro-bono services for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s VSLP program. Mr. Elmi uses his experience and knowledge as a successful civil litigator to afford individualized and dedicated attention to his clients. Mr. Elmi’s experience includes  representation of some of California’s largest and most successful businesses and construction industry professionals, from large scale commercial and residential developers such as Citation Homes, Inc., Meritage Homes, Inc., Hearthstone, Inc., and KB Home, Inc., to general contractors, architects and engineers, and subcontractors throughout California.
